Trailparts Torsion Axles are manufactured with a specific tube radius unique to our manufacturing process and unavailable elsewhere. This specific radius optimises the compression resulting in a more comfortable ride. They fit a wide range of towing applications, from caravans, plant trailers, and much more. They can also be fitted with Trailparts’ innovations, such as our Unihub brakes.

We had been seeing an increased demand for torsion axles in the last few years, so kicked off a research project which led us to Iowa, United States, where we delved deep into this technology.

Now, Trailparts has perfected the manufacturing process on our own torsion axles - and while these look simple, they hide some incredible tech and intricate engineering, with every component forged, crafted, and sourced to guarantee a great towing experience.
